Workplace Concepts was appointed to project manage the fitting out of the ground to fifth floors of this newly completed building.
The Client's key objective was to relocate their business from a multi-tenanted building in the West End to a new prestigious headquarters office in the heart of Kensington & Chelsea, whilst ensuring that any possible disruption to their business was kept to an absolute minimum.
To appoint a professional team who could fully interpret the Client's requirements and deliver a project that was finished to a very high quality.
What we did
Our role on this prestigious project was to manage the Client's appointed professional team and to administrate all aspects of the Contract to ensure the project was completed on time, within budget and to a high standard of workmanship.
The floors were designed to provide a mixture of high quality office space, reception area, meeting rooms, conference rooms, VC rooms, library, gymnasium, showers, full catering kitchen, restaurant, patch rooms and a fully equipped computer room.
This is an exceptional project, providing the very best of working environment for both staff and visitors.
