Workplace Concepts was appointed to project manage the fitting out of the fifth floor of Hanover Square.
The Client key objective was to relocate their business from South West London to a new European headquarters office in the heart of London and to provide a working environment that is flexible to meet their business requirements.
What we did
The floor space was redesigned to provide a mixture of open plan, cellular offices, meeting rooms, boardroom, conference room, reception, staff breakout area and computer room.
Existing mechanical & electrical services were both altered and enhanced where required to suit the functionality of the space. A dedicated comms room was provided to serve the Client’s hardware equipment, with a distribution of CAT 6 data points across the floor to each workstation.
To achieve a high standard of finish, specialist bespoke joinery was designed for all Client areas.
Liaised with the Landlord to obtain a License to Alter for the works, together with all necessary Statutory Approvals.
