Overview

A high quality fitting out project to create a new cutting edge call centre facility for one of the leading global airlines.

Client objectives

The Client's key objective was to relocate their existing call centre facility from Cheshire into the new building, whilst taking full advantage of the opportunity to create a new and exciting working environment for its 350 staff.

The new facility needed to be designed to take full advantage of the natural daylight and to provide facilities that embraced the Client's requirements for total flexible working throughout the open plan spaces on both floors.

Needless to say the successful integration of new and comprehensive IT and AV systems played a huge part in the Client's requirements, which needed to be implemented without the loss of any communications.

Ultimately the Client's brief was to create an exceptional call centre facility that employees would be excited to work in. Together with the ability to attract new skilled people into the call centre.

What we did

Workplace Concepts was appointed to Project Manage and design the refurbishment of Aviator Way and to create a mixture of open plan office space, cellular offices, reception area, meeting rooms, training rooms, breakout areas, fully equipped computer room & show facilities.

As Project Managers we were the single point of responsibility for ensuring the successful completion of the works and administrating all aspects of the Contract.

The team are very happy indeed and there is a really good buzz in the office. The feedback is a massive thumbs up for the new office.
