Westminster Transerv is a joint venture between RCS LTD and Mouchel Parkman (GB) Ltd. The main activity is to maintain the street lighting within the City of Westminster, which includes both routine maintenance and emergency response service.
Scope of works: Providing a complete design and project management service for refurbishing the second floor, an area of 5,000 sq ft over 4 weeks. The general scope of works include:
Due Diligence - pre-acquisition surveys:
- Mechanical & Electrical validation
- DDA (Disabled & discrimination audit)
Pre-tender:
- Develop the Client's requirements
- Concept & detailed design
- Tender the works
Contract:
- Build new solid and full height glazed partitions
- Modifications to the existing suspended ceiling
- Form new offices, meeting rooms, boardroom, training room, reception area, staff breakout and server room
- Alterations and enhancements to the electrical services.
- Modifications and enhancements to the air conditioning system
- Infrastructure voice and data cabling
- Floor and wall finishes
- Procurement and installation of new office furniture
Post-contract:
- Maintenance agreements
