Points of interest:
Orion House is occupied by several different tenants so it was essential to ensure that any possible disruption was kept to a minimum, which required out of hours working. The existing air conditioning was a VAV installation which had reached the end of its life expectancy. However the central chillers were only a couple of years old and capable of providing the required duty.
Extensive negotiations were required between Workplace Concepts and the Landlord's professional team to obtain all necessary approvals.
