Workplace Concepts were commissioned to provide a complete design and project management service for refurbishing part of the first floor and common parts (5,000 sq ft) over a period of 4 weeks, ready for re letting. The general scope of works included:

Pre Tender:

• Develop the Client's requirements
• Concept and detailed design
• Tender the works

Contract:

• Stripped out previous tenant's fixtures and fittings
• Built new fire related partitions to create two separate demise areas
• Reinstated the existing suspended ceiling and lighting to accommodate open plan
• Segregate the building services so supplies can be separately metered
• Refurbish the common parts
• Modifications and enhancements to the air conditioning system
• Floor and wall finishes
• External repairs and clean all elevations of the building
