We ensure all health and safety requirements are met
Over the years the health and safety statutory regulations have changed enormously and no longer is it solely the responsibility of the contractor to make proper provisions on a project.
In 1994 the statutory Construction, Design & Management (CDM) regulations were introduced, placing very specific health and safety regulation duties on both the employer and the contractor. During recent years we have also seen these obligations be extended to the Disability and Discrimination Act 1995 (DDA).
Workplace Concepts works with you to ensure that all parties understand their respective legal obligations as set out by the Health and Safety Executive.
