Workplace Concepts were appointed by A Plus New Homes to provide a turnkey service for creating a new head quarters office. The general scope of works included:
Due Diligence – pre-acquisition surveys:
- Detailed dimensional survey & place building on Auto CAD
Pre-tender:
- Develop the Client’s requirements
- Concept & detailed design
- Negotiate work packages
Contract:
- Build new solid and full height silicon jointed glazed partitions
- Suspended ceiling modifications
- Form new cellular offices, meeting rooms, boardroom, reception area, staff breakout and server room
- Modification to raised access floor
- Alterations and enhancements to the existing building services to facilitate the general arrangement
- Install new audio visual equipment to the boardroom
- Infrastructure voice and data cabling (CAT 5e)
- Installation of new intruder alarm
- Floor and wall finishes
- Procurement, delivery and installation of office Furniture
Post-contract:
- Maintenance agreements
