Workplace Concepts has been appointed for the Design & Project management

Workplace Concepts has been appointed for the Design & Project management of a luxury residential refurbishment project to a Grade II listed building in the exclusive area of Belgravia, London. The building is over five levels and requires an extensive amount of refurbishment work to meet the Client’s requirements. Careful consideration will be afforded to every detail to ensure the period features are not compromised.

A critical element of this project will require the installation of a new structural steelwork frame, to support all floor levels and the roof. The project is scheduled for completion during spring 2010.
