Workplace Concepts successfully complete office refurbishment for Marathon Asset Management, London

Workplace Concepts has successfully completed the design and project management of the refurbishment of the 13th 14th and 15th floors of Orion House, 5 Upper St Martin’s Lane, London, WC2 on behalf of Marathon Asset Management (services) Ltd. This was a major refurbishment project in a multi let building. All floors were stripped back to the building shell and totally refurbished to meet the Clients requirements, which includes new mechanical & electrical service.
